Frances Smythe – Support Worker

Frances is our Support Worker in Team Northam. Originally from Victoria, Frances has been living in Western Australia for 10 years. After a decade-long career in hospitality, Frances decided to change and became a disability support worker, which is a job she enjoys and has been doing for the past year. Her hobbies include arts and crafts, mainly working with resin.

Frances describes work as a support worker rewarding and she hopes to gain even more experience and skills as a part of Neighbourhood Care.
