Arnold is our CEO, he grew up in the Netherlands near Amsterdam. He studied medical informatics in Amsterdam and did his MBA in Utrecht. His passion is innovation and creating new businesses, especially in the field of social innovation, where he can combine it with his medical background.
Fletch has over 25 years’ experience in community services, including frontline, team leader and management roles in not-for-profit and government services. He has spent the last ten years in leadership roles within the Disability sector, including five years on the Board of Directors at a capacity-building organisation.
Anne-Marije is originally from the Netherlands, where she taught the English language to teenagers & adults. Anne says that this is one of her greatest passions, alongside reading books from all kinds of genres. Her good organisational skills are useful for her role at Neighbourhood Care.
