Evan

Evan is our occupational therapist and coach. He has worked in health care for over 20 years as across a range of clinical areas including employment support and workplace modification, paediatrics, positive behaviour support, specialist equipment prescription, assistive technology, home modifications, custom designed and manufactured solutions.

Melissa

Melissa has been working in health care since the age of 13 and enjoys it because she loves helping and being around people. Now, she is a support worker in Team Wanneroo. “I am looking forward to a fulfilling career and meeting new people while working with Neighbourhood Care.”

Jade

Jade is our Trainee Support Worker at Team Wanneroo. Currently she is studying to get her Certificate III in Individual Care and Support. Jade is highly motivated to work in disability supports and aged care as she likes the idea of making a positive contribution to someone’s life and wellbeing and to enable them to live their best life.

Arnold

Arnold is our CEO, he grew up in the Netherlands near Amsterdam. He studied medical informatics in Amsterdam and did his MBA in Utrecht. His passion is innovation and creating new businesses, especially in the field of social innovation, where he can combine it with his medical background.

Fletcher

Fletch has over 25 years’ experience in community services, including frontline, team leader and management roles in not-for-profit and government services. He has spent the last ten years in leadership roles within the Disability sector, including five years on the Board of Directors at a capacity-building organisation.

Brett

Brett has worked in disability and health care related industries in finance roles for over a decade. From his experience he says: “The best part about the industry is the capacity to do something to help someone else.” He is a Co-Founder of the Neighbourhood Care Group and supports the company from Perth.

Ilse

Ilse is our People and Development Advisor from Amsterdam, the Netherlands. She moved to Perth, WA 1.5 years ago for love and has stayed since. She is passionate about fitness and health, friends and family, and she also loves cooking.

Anne

Anne-Marije is originally from the Netherlands, where she taught the English language to teenagers & adults. Anne says that this is one of her greatest passions, alongside reading books from all kinds of genres. Her good organisational skills are useful for her role at Neighbourhood Care.
