Fletch has over 25 years’ experience in community services, including frontline, team leader and management roles in not-for-profit and government services. He has spent the last ten years in leadership roles within the Disability sector, including five years on the Board of Directors at a capacity-building organisation.
According to Fletcher: “Working in a values-based way, collaborating with others and watching people grow, take charge and improve their lives, is the best part of this work.” This is what draws him to Neighbourhood Care.
Fletch is a Queenslander who, after an eight-year stint in Melbourne, lives in Brisbane with his wife and three children. He’s a passionate Western Bulldogs (AFL) supporter who loves music, friends, family, travel and the outdoors.
