How is Neighbourhood Care providing services funded by ICWA?
Neighbourhood Care provides ICWA-funded services through a person-centred, relationship-based approach, guided by the Buurtzorg model of care. Our teams work alongside clients to deliver practical, goal-focused support in the home and community. We aim to promote recovery, independence and confidence in daily activities. We are ready to adapt support as needs change over time and coordinate with ICWA, health professionals and other providers when required.
We prioritise continuity of care, meaning clients are supported by a small, consistent team who take the time to understand their goals, preferences and circumstances.
