He has spent the last ten years in leadership roles within the Disability sector, including five years on the Board of Directors at a capacity-building organisation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">According to Fletcher: \u201cWorking in a values-based way, collaborating with others and watching people grow, take charge and improve their lives, is the best part of this work.\u201d This is what draws him to Neighbourhood Care.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Fletch is a Queenslander who, after an eight-year stint in Melbourne, lives in Brisbane with his wife and three children.
