Everyone’s journey with Neighbourhood Care is a unique and wonderful experience. However, there may be a time you may feel that you are not satisfied. If you feel this way, we encourage you to make a complaint to us or to the NDIS Commission about the services you receive from Neighbourhood Care.
When feedback or a suggestion is made to us about how we can do things better, we ensure this is shared with our team members and take necessary steps where needed. Of course, all complaints are recorded and investigated as quickly as possible and you are kept informed along any review process.
