At Neighbourhood Care, all feedback is welcome

We want everyone’s journey with Neighbourhood Care to be a positive, unique experience. However, there may be a time when you do not feel satisfied. In this case, we encourage you to make a complaint to us or the NDIS Commission about our services.

When feedback or a suggestion is made regarding how we can improve, we ensure that it is shared with our team members so we can take the necessary steps where needed. Of course, all complaints are recorded and investigated as quickly as possible, and you are kept informed during the review process.
